3. Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined below.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@topappmarket.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, code samples, and other materials, are the intellectual property of TopAppMarket. Students may use course materials for personal learning but may not redistribute, sell, or share course content with others.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior in all interactions with instructors and other students. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate suspension of course access without refund.

7. App Publishing Assistance

While we provide guidance and assistance with app publishing, TopAppMarket cannot guarantee approval of your app by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. App store approval depends on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TopAppMarket's liability for any damages relating to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
